VFX Senior Thesis: Animatic Improvements Pt. 2

Improvements Made:

• Added many of the pre-vis environments throughout

• Tiara metalworking complete except for converting bolder bar to delicate wiring. Need to hold off of clean-up until the gemstones are complete so I can get a bigger grasp on the final look of the tiara.

• Beginning shot: started pre-vis for live action filming over winter break

• Temple Scene: Pre-vis work, will be remodeling the floor to be ready for lava-liquid sims. More of a grasp now on what the camera angle/shot will look like

• Moving forward:

  • Finishing prep for filming live plates

  • Fluid animation for final animatic

  • Completing gemstone models and research for shaders

  • Next model of importance: chalice/goblet

    • clean up for tiara as well as beginnings of crown

    • All 3 models use the gemstones
